We had a city break and the location of the hotel was prime with lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. Moreover, the room was well equipped with modern technology and had everything we needed. We appreciated the self-check-in during our late arrival.

The cleanliness was an issue during our stay. We had to request for fresh bed sheets due to an incident and the staff were unable to accommodate us due to workload. It was disappointing to find out that the soiled sheets were left in the room for 24 hours before they were cleaned.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cervia and had a fantastic experience. the location was unbeatable, situated close to the beach and within walking distance of the Ironman Italy event. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, particularly Fabio at reception who went above and beyond to assist us. Lastly, the hotel offered basic amenities and the rooms were clean and comfortable, despite not having all the facilities we expected. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

During our recent stay at Residence I Diamanti, we were delighted by the excellent location. It was incredibly convenient for the Ironman Italy event, with close proximity to the transition zone and the swim start/finish line areas. We also enjoyed the spacious outside terrace that came with our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the ability to make good coffee at the reception was a nice bonus.

While our stay at Residence I Diamanti was overall fantastic, we did encounter a minor inconvenience. Due to the room layout, it was a bit challenging to find wall-space to lean our bikes against.
